It’s been a while since my last beauty review. But today, I have a very special product to be reviewed.
Personally, when it comes to skincare, I always do a lot of research before buying any skincare products. Some of you may know that I used to have quite a complicated relationship with acne. Yep. Acne. Like a lot of acne on my cheeks to be exact. My skin is a lot clearer now (I don’t have the best skin. Nope. Not yet.) But it’s obviously a lot better than before. So, I always choose products that are suitable for sensitive skin and would read a lot of people’s reviews before buying them.
Today, I’m going to do a review of my currently-must-have toner; Crème Simon’s Brightening Dermo-Hydrating Toner Mist.
First of all, look at that packaging! I always love something with a combination of white and pink! The dusty pink colored cap makes it look so feminine and elegant.
What I rave about this toner:
1. The Ingredients
When you wanna buy a skincare product, do yourself a favor, check the ingredients first. I LOOOVE it when my skincare does not contain any alcohol, parabens, silicone and sulfates, like this toner mist right here! It also contains over 90% natural ingredients such as the Activ-Fleur Complex, which is the botanical elixir of 7 fresh flowers and plants that is proven to gently brighten the skin, it also contains Rose, Iris and Jasmine Extracts, which is to improve toxin elimination and skin cell renewal. And lastly, it contains Wheat Oligosaccharides Complex to boost brightening efficacy through reduction of skin pigmentation. And wait, it’s also specially formulated for Asian skin. How great is that!
2. It’s Uses
I absolutely love it when a product comes multi-functional. You can use it as a regular toner to remove the last traces of make-up and impurities, prep your skin to boost the active ingredients in your moisturizer, you can also use it as a hydrating mist by spraying liberally over face, neck, body and hair, you can also amazingly use it as a make-up setting spray and blemish treatment to your blemishes to reduce redness.
3. The Toner itself
The toner mist itself is quite odorless. It doesn’t have a strong odor, which I personally really like. The texture is water-y that it doesn’t give any sticky after-feel. My skin felt sooo clean and smooth after using it. I will update this blog when I’ve used it over a month and will let you guys know. But so far, four thumbs up for this toner mist (with my toes too!) I would definitely repurchase.
Have you tried other Crème Simon’s products? If yes, feel free to share your thoughts on the comment section below! I would love to see more Crème Simon’s products on my vanity.
I’ll see you on my next post!
